Guarantee of Satisfaction

We stand behind the quality of our products and service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase from us, contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. All products are custom printed. These are not stocked items. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

1. Customer errors in size or style selection. Sizing charts are available per item. Please review before purchase.

2. Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.

3. Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images. Please see Submitting Artwork for image specifications.

4. Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof documents created by customers prior to processing.


Returns Information

Refunds may be provided in cases of damaged product or defective printing.

Returning purchased product: Before returning a product, please send an email to with the following information:

• Order number

• Date of purchase

• Name of the person whom the product was ordered under

• Description of the problem

• Digital image of any damage/defect

Customer Service will then provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund. Write the RMA number written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What cannot be returned: Our products are not stocked items and everything is custom printed. Refunds will not be provided based on customer error. Customer error includes size and style changes, plus changes in design. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for returned products: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
